This digital mini scale is tiny enough to keep pretty much anywhere you want. Carry it in your purse, stick it in your shirt pocket, keep it cozy in your desk drawer, the list goes on. The Triton takes up hardly any space at all, (only 5.3" x 3.2") and it has a hinged protective hard cover to keep the weighing platform, display and sensors safe when it's not in action.
The protective cover on the T2-120 does a great job of keeping the scale's display and weighing sensors safe when it's not in use, but that's not its only job. If you need a little more weighing space or need to weigh something that just might want to roll off the platform, use this scale's protective cover as a weighing dish. Pop the cover off, flip it over and now you have a 5.3" x 3.2" weighing tray.
Well, you won't really need shades but, you won't have a problem reading your weights thanks to the backlit LCD display on the My Weigh Triton 120.
Never again will your scale run out of juice because "someone" forgot to turn it off. The batteries in your Triton will last longer because the auto-off function will shut that bad boy off after about two minutes of inactivity. You don't even have to think about turning this mini digital scale off if you don't want to.
If you weigh your stuff with the same unit all the time and aren't too excited about pushing that little button to get to the unit you want every time you turn your scale on, you're in luck. The My Weigh Triton T2 will remember the unit you're weighing with and will turn on ready to weigh in the same unit next time.
Sometimes, having unwanted weight on your scale is just plain unavoidable. Don't worry your pretty little head. The T2 120 has a tare feature that will remove weight from your readings with, literally, a push of a button. Just put your weighing tray, bowl, scoop or whatever on the scale and press the "→0←" key. Now the scale is set back to zero and you can add the goodies you really want to weigh.
If your Triton needs a little tune-up, don't worry. You can calibrate this pocket scale all by yourself. It's so easy, all you need to get your T2-120 back in tip-top-weighing shape is a 100 gram calibration weight and, of course, the Triton user manual.
